A&E METAL MERCHANTS – RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to accept any goods back for credit but we do impose a few conditions.
Faulty Goods
We will either credit or replace any faulty goods, we will also refund the freight cost incurred by you in returning the goods. We will also refund the freight cost of the original shipment and we will not charge for shipping on any replacement goods.
Special Order Items
When we have made an item specially to your specifications, or if we have ordered in a special order item for you and you wish to return them for any reason other than the goods are faulty, we charge a 10% fee based on the ex GST price. This will be deducted from any credit issued.
Proof of Purchase
If returning goods for whatever reason we require the invoice number that the goods were originally supplied on in order to calculate the credit amount. If the original invoice number is not advised to us, we will price the goods at our own discression by either using a previous invoice or by using the current price, whichever is the lesser amount.
Credit Allocation
We can either credit any amounts to your account for later use or we can refund money to your credit card. If you do not specifically ask us to credit a credit card number we will allocate any credit amounts to your account. If there are any outstanding balances on your account we will allocated the credit to these before issuing funds to a credit card.
