Shipping Methods – Australia 
 
For security and insurance reasons we ship by Express Post for items under 500g and $500 value.
 
Over 500g, or over $500 value we ship by Australian Air Express or Express Post Platinum, both of which require a signature on delivery and are trackable.
 
Delivery times are typically 1-2 days after we ship*, but depend on your location. See the Australia Post website.
 
For small parcells under $100 value we can ship by Australia Post if you request. This is surface mail only and can take up to 3 weeks to receive depending on Australia Post. This service is also not trackable. 
 
*See our FAQ page for information on our Delivery Times and Backorders. Many orders ship the same day but it depends on stock availability.
 
Shipping Methods – New Zealand 
 
For all items to New Zealand we ship by Registered International Post. We will email you with a quote for shipping before we send your order.

Shipping Addresses 
 
Please ensure that the shipping address that you specify is accurate and that someone is available to accept delivery. We will not accept responsibility for orders lost in the postal system due to your errors or ommissions in the shipping address. (e.g. if you have us ship to a block of units without specifying the unit number the order will likely get lost).
 
Insurance  
 
All goods sent by us are covered under our insurance policy (where properly addressed).
